Following ongoing announcements that the number of COVID cases are increasing in Cornwall, particularly in East Cornwall, this is just a quick reminder to remember HANDS, FACE and SPACE.
There are cases locally, so please continue to follow the lock-down conditions, with up-to-date information available via the NHS App covid19.nhs.uk
In the meantime, if you are experiencing COVID symptoms, please call 119 to book a COVID test. You’ll need to give your NHS number and, if you can’t remember your NHS number, please call the surgery so that we can provide this to you. Providing your NHS number is vital so that the information can be shared between the test centre and ourselves, so that we can monitor COVID levels in the community and support our patients.
Finally, if you are unwell (for whatever reason) and need to speak to a GP, please do get in contact as we are open and seeing patients (where needed) through this lockdown. Your health is our priority and we thank you for your ongoing support.
