See a GP by video with LIVI. Even at the weekend.
If you don’t require a physical examination, patients of Old Bridge Surgery can now see a NHS GP by video using LIVI.
LIVI operates during weekday evenings (6pm-10pm) and at weekends (8am-4pm), and is available on a mobile or tablet, with patients able to be seen within minutes or up to 7 days in advance, for medical advice, prescriptions and referrals.
LIVI GPs are all GMC-registered NHS-GPs, who (with your consent) are able to access your medical records and give a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on the your medical history.

Of course LIVI does not replace face-to-face consultations with our GPs at Old Bridge Surgery, it’s really about offering access to GPs in the digital world, including access to GPs when we are closed. Patients who struggle to get to the Surgery due to work or family commitments, or those that are anxious or would prefer to see a GP via video rather than face-to-face are finding this service very useful.
