Liskeard and Looe Ladies Circle

Ladies Circle is a fantastic club for women aged between 18 and 45 to who want to make new friends, have lots of fun and do some fundraising along the way!  Circle gives you the opportunity to support your local community, to meet new people both locally, nationally and internationally and to try new things. Portbyhan Ladies Group

The Portbyhan Ladies Group is a local group in Looe for the women in the community. They can be contacted on: 01503 264061 for more information.

Looe Valley Rotary Club

Looe Valley Rotary Club is available to local residents of all ages. They are part of a worldwide charitable organisation, as well as supporting local causes, nationally they support shelter box (a Rotary inspired charity) and internationally, polio plus, amongst many others.

Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion is the UK’s leading Armed Forces charity and one of its largest membership organisations. For help and advice call The Veteran’s Gateway on 0808 8021212, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Members get together through the network of branches and clubs all over the country and overseas to participate in social, fundraising and welfare activities. Looe Branch meets on the first monday of every month at 7.30pm at Looe Social Club, Quay Road, West Looe PL13 2BU. Click here for more information on the Royal British Legion in Looe. Looe Valley Singers

If you enjoy singing then this could be the group for you. They are a friendly group of ladies, of all ages and they sing a variety of music from Mozart to Motown. They meet on a Thursday evening at St Martins Church Hall in Looe at 7:45pm. You don’t have to audition to take part, so why not give it a go.

Looe and District U3A (Morning Activities) and Looe and Valley U3A (Afternoon Activities)

Both groups meet at St Martin’s Hall in Looe on the second Wednesday of each month. As the names suggest, one group meets in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Their activities range from the intellectual and educational through to leisure and sporting activities which can find you practicing foreign languages one day and capsizing kayaks on the river the next. Lions Club of Looe

The Lions Club of Looe organise numerous events that help raise money for good causes and other events that are just good fun. They also support local people and organisations with financial and practical help. They also participate in organised national and international programmes through the Lions Clubs International by providing financial and practical help, but the main aim to have fun in the company of each other.
