Reception and Wellbeing Teams

All of our receptionists have had training to maintain the high standards of the Practice. They have information at their fingertips and they are able to answer many of your queries directly.

The Wellbeing Team are responsible for ensuring all patients with long-term medical conditions are called into the surgery annually to have appropriate monitoring tests or face-to-face reviews.
